What You'll Do

A Fellow's Responsibilities

Guest Support

  • Understand guest needs and goals
  • Recommend retreats, destinations and programs
  • Help guests prepare for China
  • Support guests during the journey
  • Solve practical travel issues
  • Follow up after the retreat

Coordination

  • Coordinate reservations and bookings
  • Arrange transport and transfers
  • Connect guests with practitioners
  • Communicate with hotels and guides
  • Manage schedule changes
  • Handle special requests
Who We're Looking For

The Ideal Fellow

Strong English Communication

Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills

Deep Understanding of China

Knowledge of Chinese culture, destinations and practical travel

Wellness & Travel Interest

Passion for wellness, Eastern philosophy and cultural travel

High Emotional Intelligence

Empathy, patience and genuine care for guest experience

Service Mindset

Proactive problem-solving with a warm, professional approach
